Downtown Incentives
We are proud to offer Occupancy, Façade, and Development Incentives.
- Up to $2,500 cash and one-year sales & mill tax break for new retail or extended hours.
- Matching grants up to $10,000 for eligible façade upgrades.
- Encroachment fees waived for maintenance, beautification, or outdoor dining.
- Free permits & fee waivers for mixed-use and residential projects.
- Pop-up shop support with fee and requirement exemptions.
Revolving Loan Fund Programs
Providing strategic funding for façade and streetscape improvements, small business growth, and overall economic vitality. Loans administered by Valley First Credit Union.
Small Business Growth & Expansion Loan
- Loans from $2,500 to $75,000
- Fixed Rate Term
- Up to 60-month repayment terms for loans over $2,501
- Loans up to $100,000
- Fixed Rate Term
- Term: WITHOUT real estate collateral – 3 to 7 years, WITH real estate collateral – up to 20 years
Grease Interceptor Cost-Share Program
- 50% rebate of hardware purchase cost
- Must be installed by licensed contractor
- Interceptor/trap must qualify
- Eases upfront costs for commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects
- Defer up to 80% of Capital Facilities, Water, and Wastewater fees
- Pay over 5 years in installments, plus interest
