PAFRThe Finance Department oversees all of the City's financial functions. These include: the collection, receipting, disbursement and accounting of all monies received in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; the investment of cash balances; the development and administration of operating and capital improvement budgets; the administration of a centralized purchasing system; the issuance of new debt instruments; the preparation and development of financial statements, audits and grants, and oversight of outstanding debt covenants.

Customer Service Representative The Revenue Collections and Compliance Division, located within the second floor lobby of City Hall, is responsible for utility billing and collections; business licensing and enforcement; parking ticket administration; and receipting of various payments both on the phone and in person.
