Utility Billing Customer Service

The City of Modesto provides monthly billing service to approximately 80,000 customers for water, sewer, storm drain and garbage services. The City's water system includes some portions of Ceres, Del Rio, Empire, Grayson, Salida and Turlock.

Garbage services are provided by private companies and are included with the City of Modesto utility bill for most residents.

Auto Pay  

Set up recurring credit card or automatic bank drafts (ACH). Enroll online using our online Bill Pay Customer Portal.
