Call the City of Modesto at 209-577-6200. The Wastewater Division has a "Call Us First" policy, which helps the City and the property owner determine if a sewer blockage problem is within the City's mainline. A City crew will determine if the problem is within the City maintained line or within your privately maintained line. If the City's mainline is not plugged, you may need a plumber.
