About this Application
An Event sponsor or coordinator is required to fill out this application and report the total number of participating vendors at least three (3) business working days before the event in order to initiate the process for paying total fees due.
Upon successful submission of this form, the Business license division will reach out to the email address provided with a link to pay your fee. The fee must be paid by the sponsor or coordinator no later than the last business working day preceding the event.

Itinerant Vendors & Special Events
Any person, group of people, businesses, corporations, shopping centers, or charitable institutions who do not maintain a fixed place of business in the City, who is not otherwise specifically licensed, and who is conducting, carrying on, or managing the business of an itinerant vendor may purchase a single license at a daily group rate in advance for all itinerant vendors participating in any special event.
Daily Group Rate
The Itinerant Business license fee is $200 in addition to a $4 AB1379 State fee to be paid by the Event Coordinator. Number of Itinerant Vendors Daily Group Rates below.
